Kindly ensure that you have the following documents with you at the time of registering online, as this needs to be uploaded with the registration form:
  1. 1. Digital Photographs of the child, father and mother (In .Jpg format) not more than 3 months old. The size of the image should be
    less than 80kb and width and height should be 160px x 160px.
  2. 2. Valid personal email ids of father and mother for communication.
Important information regarding admission
  1. 1. The child should be born between 1st April 2016 to 31st March 2017.
  2. 2. After filling the form online, HARD COPY/ PRINTof the filled form to be submitted in the school’s office on or before 27th December 2019, Friday between 10 am. to 1 pm. on all working days.
  3. 3. You are required to submit self attested photocopies of the following documents with the duly filled hard copy/print of the registration form.
  4.        (a). Birth Certificate of the Child issued by MCD or competent authority.
  5.        (b). Residence proof (any one of the following).
    •        •  MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Electricity Bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
    •        •  Aadhar Card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.
    •        •  Ration card issued in the name of parents(Mother/Father having name of the child).
    •        •  Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
    •        •  Voter I card(EPIC)of the parents.
  6.        (d). Sibling (Report Card and latest Fee Receipt of the sibling)
  7.        (e). School Alumni (Class XII School Leaving Certificate/Marksheet of Salwan Public School, Mayur Vihar)
  8.        (f). Documents to substantiate parameters of Serial number 6, 7 and 8 of the registration form, if applicable.
  1. 4. You are required to submit original 'FIRST BORN CHILD' self attested Affidavet on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 10Click here to find the sample declaration
  2. 5. The particulars of the child to be filled correctly and D.O.B must tally with the one recorded in the Date of Birth certificate. No change whatsoever will be made after the admission.
  3. 6. Submission of form does not mean guarantee admission. Final decision lies with management unequivocally.
  4. 7. Incomplete registration forms or those with incorrect information will automatically stand cancelled.
  5. 8. The school does not accept any donation for admissions. Parents should beware of third parties making false claims of procuring admission and collecting money on behalf of the school. If they enter into any transaction with such parties, they will be doing so at their own risk and the school shall not be responsible for it. The school will appreciate to know if there is any such person so that proper legal action can be taken against them.
  6. 9. Parents are requested to inform the school office if there is any change in the email id, mobile numbers, address or any other relevant information at the earliest as this will help the school for future communication.
  7. 10. If your registration form is successfully uploaded, the computerized system will generate a registration receipt with the registration number which you must use in all future correspondence.
  8. 11. List of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the school’s website on 24th January 2020, Friday .

  38. 13. Note: In case the number of applicants with the same criteria exceeds the number of seats available, a limited lottery will be held and the admission shall be granted subject to verification of documents of applicants.

Important : Forms not filled online, will not be considered, even if you submit a hard copy in the office.
